I am excited and honored to
serve as the President of Indiana TRiO. For the past year
our organization has embarked on new ground. This is evident
with the change of our name from I-MAEOPP to Indiana TRiO.
With the name change, I am
excited to announce this year’s theme, a New Name, New
Direction.
2009-10
President's Goals
-
Increase operational and scholarship funds for Indiana
TRiO.
-
Continue to strengthen the programming offered at both
the Annual State Conference and the Student Leadership
Conference.
-
Increase attendance by 10% from both TRiO and EOP
employees at the state conferences.
-
Increase the awareness of Indiana TRiO in the state by
hosting a luncheon/reception for state legislators.
-
Develop a Fact book and brochure to market and increase
Indiana TRiO’s awareness.

Continue to increase membership of Indiana TRiO.
-
Outline and complete a strategic plan for 2010-2014.

Create a Financial Policy and Procedures Manual for the
state.
